Job description

Academic appointments are working along side a primary school in Leeds to appoint a Business manager to Join their team, provide leadership and strategic direction to the schools financial, operational, and property management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, Including:

Managing the schools Budget and Financial reporting
Overseeing the schools property and facilities management
Ensuring the school complies with all relevant regulations
Developing and implementing the school's strategic plan
Managing the schools' relationships with external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in Business administration or a related field
Experience using School MIS, such as SIMs
Previous experience in a school business management role
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manager multiple projects simultaneously
Strong IT skills
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain one.

The rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience, and payroll method.
