Job description
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the PI of the ASICA project, administrating this 30-month research project and acting as a focal point for all organisational aspects of the project. The ASICA project involves the researchers (clinicians, health-psychologists, computer scientists) working together with patients and healthcare professionals to further develop the ASICA intervention which is a digital healthcare intervention designed to support self-monitoring by people treated for melanoma. The post-holder will be responsible for all aspects of administering the project. The main tasks will involve liaison with all stakeholders, organizing the various study workshops, acting as a point of contact for all participants, collating and monitoring relevant research governance paperwork (e.g. ethics, sponsorship etc) and assisting the PI in drafting reports throughout the project.

This is a 0.4 FTE post based within the Academic Primary Care group, Polwarth Building, Foresterhill.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 3, 40% of £22,681 - £25,138 per annum, pro rata and negotiable with placement according to qualifications and experience.
