Job description
As part of our ongoing strengthening of the corporate governance function to ensure we keep pace with the changing NHS environment, ESHT is keen to recruit to this senior administrative role, which will oversee the effective operation of the CEO’s Office.
The role includes; line management of the corporate support officer covering the Chair and CEO diaries and meetings, management for the team of executive assistants, and the provision of bespoke project support for the CEO on issues of Trust-wide importance.
Given our ambition for high quality administrative support for our executive team, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong track record of experience in Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant roles and who has an appetite to drive improvement in this important area for the organisation.
The role is accountable to our Chief Executive, Joe Chadwick Bell, and will report to the Chief of Staff on a day-to-day basis. If you feel you have the skills, experience and the mindset for this key role please
