Job description

Leadership responsibilities: To facilitate the development of a positive and supportive team culture by taking responsibility for dealing effectively with potential conflict and encouraging team cohesion To participate and promote the development of productive working relationships throughout the Trust. To deputise and support the Operational manager. To ensure annual appraisal of staff is undertaken within the agreed systems. To work with the service manager to meet the Trust and EIP data quality recording, KPIs and CQUIN targets and ensure performance information is disseminated to the team. To report and manage incidents using the Trust and Local Authority policies and systems. To have a good working knowledge of the policies and processes for safeguarding adults and children. To facilitate the team safeguarding children group supervision to ensure compliance with policy requirements. To assist the service manager to manage complaints when required, to lead investigations when requested and to ensure they are carried out as required and resolved successfully where possible and adhering to the Trusts duty of Candour Policy. To undertake formal complaints, HR investigations and SI investigations as requested by the Assistant Director.
