We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our Team as a Receptionist based at our Clients healthy Living Centre that helps to improve health and wellbeing, providing accessible support to the people who need it most in the areas that they live in. Location & Hours Located on Knowsley Road Bootle L20 5DQ. Working Saturdays 8am – 4pm (7.5 Hrs with 30 mins break)£12 PER HOUR The Role · To work to deliver the eight characteristics at all times and provide excellent customer service to all visitors and colleagues. Provide telephony services; general admin; customer advice and refer inquiries to colleagues as appropriate. · As part of the role you would be required to secure and lock the building of an evening and open up on a Saturday morning. · Collating data on use of the centre and inputting the data. · Working as a referral point for service user to access the most appropriate further services. · Understanding sensitivity and use and develop a range of verbal and written communication skills · Continually improve service provision by participating in service development and planning, feedback programmes an activity trialling.
