An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated manager, with strategic vision, to join our highly successful training practice.
Responsibilities will include both the strategic development of the Practice and the overall day to day operation and delivery of primary care GP services.
Candidates must be conscientious, provide solid leadership and have a sound knowledge of strategic business management, finance, planning and HR.
Previous management experience, leadership skills, competency in office IT and effective communication skills at all levels are essential.
Supported by administrative and clinical teams, you will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt to NHS targets and changes within a profitable, efficient working environment.
