Data Engineer (Migration from UH/Civica to NEC)

Job description

My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Data Engineer on a Contract basis.

The role will deliver a data migration from Universal Housing/Civica to NEC.

About the role:

Based in Central London (Hybrid):

Successful migrate data from Universal Housing/Civica to NEC.

Troubleshoot data migration issues (debugging)

Plan and advise on the data mapping and migration.

Complete the data migration from UH and satellite systems to NEC cloud hosted

Build customised reports where required (utilising Power BI / Business Objects)

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

Solid experience migrating data TO NEC (ideally FROM Universal Housing / Civica)

Full understanding of NEC data schema and experience using data loaders

Experience building reports in NEC using Business Objects or Power BI

SQL (MS SQL & Oracle), data mapping, data transformation, data loading, building data pipelines on cloud platforms (ideally AWS).

Agile knowledge.

Local Authority or Housing Association experience is highly desired.

What’s on offer:

Salary: £450-£500+* per day – IR35 status TBC.

*negotiable based on experience

Contract type: Contract – 3-6 month minimum.

Hours: 09:00ach -17:00 Monday to Friday
