A manufacturing business based in Peterborough is recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and newly ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified candidate, who is seeking career progression.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £37,000, 33 days holiday and employee discounts.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, the successful Management Accountant will be responsible for:

• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Analysis and interpretation of financial data in order to provide insights and support business decision making
• Assist in the forecasting process
• Conduct variance analysis
• Ad hoc projects as required

This position is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified accountant or first time mover from accountancy practice. In your first role as a Management Accountant you will have access to mentoring support and career progression.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
• Be a confident user of MS Excel
• Have a keen desire to progress your finance career in a manufacturing environment

Based near Peterborough, this role is commutable from, Whittlesey, St Neot's, March, Wisbech and surrounding areas.
