Job description
St. Joseph the Worker/Holy Family Parish Cluster in Mankato, MN is seeking a Director of Faith Formation and Youth Ministry. The candidate must be a practicing Catholic, in good standing with the Church, with an active and faithful Catholic life. The primary responsibility of the Director of Faith Formation and Youth Ministry is to administer (design, develop, direct, communicate and evaluate) the Parish Faith Formation Program. A theology degree is preferred, but not required. Competence with a teaching, supervisory, and ministry role is a must. This is a full-time, salaried position, which reports directly to the pastor. Applicant will start the position in September, 2023. Training with current director is available this summer if desired by applicant.
