What will you do?
- Advise a Private Equity client base (national and international clients)
- M&A including " buy-and-build " and " bolt-on " investments
- Be the go-to person for certain key clients and develop meaningful relationships with them
- Managing transactions of various sizes
- Contribute to further development of the team, firm and yourself
What will you need?
- At least 1 year of experience as a solicitor or legal executive
- Corporate law experience
- The ability to be creative to solve client issues in a way they like and understand
