Role: Senior Project Information Manager
Full-Time – 9 day fortnight with 3 days a week in the office (Would consider PT for the right candidate)

Responsibilities:
- Project management of information and data. Definition and implementation of Core tools and business process’ for 3D design, asset management, and software support.
- Develop and implement efficient information management strategies to ensure accuracy and accessibility of project data across workshare offices, client, contractors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and present project information in a coherent and actionable manner.
- Implementation of company procedures, creating and implementing project specific work instructions. identify and recommend improvements to information systems, tools, and processes to enhance project management efficiency.
- Foster best practices for data integrity, consistency, and security across all project phases.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring their growth and proficiency in information management.

Basic Job Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in project information management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in project management tools & information security including MS 365
- Relevant project experience with competitors or clients in related industries.
- Good knowledge of core reference engineering design software (Hexagon, Aveva, Autodesk).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and create actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and improve information management processes.
- Certifications in project management or information management a plus.
