At Affinity Trust we put people at the heart of everything we do, we have an exciting new role for a Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager to join our team to manage and develop our internal quality assurance across the organisation to enable us to deliver outstanding quality support for all people.
The role requires partnership working with colleagues across the organisation to achieve good/ outstanding/ excellent ratings in CQC/ SCI inspections.
You will have a working knowledge of the Social Care Sector, CQC/ SCI and to keep up to date on key changes and standards and how to embed Quality and improvement.
Organisationally we have moved to more digitalised systems and the Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of Quality and Improvement within the new systems, analysing data, identifying patterns and trends and providing reports to the Executive Team and Board.
You will also need to have good IT skills and the ability to learn new digital systems and Power BI Dashboard reports.
This role is home working with a requirement to travel based on the needs of the organisation and role.
Being a driver is desirable for this role or the ability to travel to different locations/ offices across the organisation as required.
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
