Vivo Talent is partnering with a MD who is looking to appoint a dynamic Sales Director to shape the success of an esteemed lighting manufacturing company.

Job Title: Sales Director

Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and Nationwide (with flexible remote options)

Salary: GBP90,000 p/a + 30% bonus + Car + Private Medical + SIP + Pension + 25 days Holiday and Bank Holidays

As Sales Director, you'll be at the forefront of growth journey, with responsibilities including:

• Crafting and executing sales strategies for profit targets.
• Identifying and seizing business opportunities.
• Acting as a brand ambassador.
• Driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Leading and guiding our sales department to victory.

Your leadership prowess will extend to nurturing future business opportunities, monitoring performance, managing budgets, recruiting top talent, and fostering staff development.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Achieving Sales Targets and fostering growth.
• Increasing Margin and exploring new business avenues.
• Supporting various divisions including Sports & High Mast and Rail.

Skills Requirement:

• Inspirational leadership with stellar negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and initiative.
• Exceptional communication and organizational prowess.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
• Proficiency in IT, budgeting, and reporting.

Experience:

• Proven track record in B2B sales and team management.
• Ideally, experience in the lighting and electrical sector.
