We are partnering with a well-established and exciting business on the Dorset/ Hampshire borders. Our client, a forward thinking and innovative business are now looking for an individual to join their team in the capacity of
Mechanical Design Engineer .

Key responsibilities as
Mechanical Design Engineer :
- You will be responsible for working on both existing and developing new product design.
- Working as part of a team you will work closely with various departments including operations, manufacturing, sales, customer service.
- Using AutoCAD, you will create efficient and effective designs ready for manufacture.
Experience and skill required as
Mechanical Design Engineer: - You will ideally have a relevant Design or Engineering qualification or a wealth of experience within a design team in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
- Mechanically minded you will be a Mechanical engineer at heart, but any electrical engineering experience as well would be an advantage.
- Previous experience working with New Product Development and designing for manufacture.
- Sound AutoCAD skills
