The role

 

We are looking for a CRM Manager / Senior Account Managers to fulfil a dedicated role on our longest standing client – Ovo Energy. This is a 6-month contract, employed by Soul, but embedded into the client’s CRM team. Specifically for Zero Carbon Living products and services.

 

OVO is a challenger in the residential energy market, taking the bold step of acquiring one of the big six players (SSE) in 2020, to take a leading position in the market and now grow further as the energy market opens up again in 2024.

 

We are looking for someone who thrives on a challenge, is willing to get stuck in, roll their sleeves up - a real team player with a can-do attitude.

 

This is a hybrid working role, allowing for a working from home arrangement for the majority of time, but requiring 1 – 2 days of face-to-face meetings every three weeks, either in London, Bristol or Glasgow with the OVO CRM team. There will also be an initial period of weekly face-to-face immersion with the team at Soul, in central London.

 

 

What Will You Be Doing?

 

You will create and deliver activity that supports the client’s business objectives. Your approach will be data driven and aligned with other areas of the client’s business. You will focus on the outputs that are measurable and drive business performance. These outputs will include development of customer and contact strategies. You will be responsible for development and execution of CRM campaigns.
