Our client seeks a Head of B2B Asia for the eGaming sector. Role Profile: We're seeking a driven and strategic leader to propel the brand to new heights. In this pivotal role, you'll own the development and execution of a comprehensive plan to drive healthy, sustainable bottom-line growth. This means optimising every area of the customer journey, from crafting a best-in-class web and mobile experience to building a powerful brand narrative through high-profile partnerships and influential ambassadors. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all operations and marketing activities of your brand to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the wider business strategy and mission. Be responsible for all marketing, business development and delivering ROI for your brand. You will work on defining customer life cycle and maximising customer lifetime value managing a team who fulfils all marketing VIP and Social Media activation. You be required to collaborate with the Technical, Trading, Product and Commercial teams in order to ensure the effective coordination of operations and ongoing operational performance monitoring, and management. Keep abreast of competitor value propositions, analysing their strengths as well as track competitor product roadmaps and innovations. Produce detailed KPI reports to ensuring efficiency and profitability are maintained at all times. Collaborate with product development and consumer marketing teams to ensure that the digital customer proposition is best-in-class. Evaluate third party content and trading products. Reactivate existing sponsorships and brand ambassadorships to ensure we are utilising all included rights as outlined in in the sponsorship agreements and that maximum value is achieved. Key Skills and Experience: Significant industry experience required. Previous experience at Senior level in a B2C environment in China. Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision strategies. Fluency in English (written and verbally).Highly entrepreneurial, yet possessing experience in delivering accurate reporting across all functions. Hold a solid understanding of Asian B2C gaming environment with a strong experience in customer acquisition and retention. Detailed Understand various gaming verticals and related products and how to maximize the profitability on each. Experience of aligning multiple internal functions across the company to meet strategic business objectives. Deep understanding of the Asian gambling marketplace. Experience in P&L management within a leading gambling operator. Proven track record of managing teams within a dynamic working environment. Prepared to be hands-on when required.
