McKie Recruit are pleased to share this fantastic opportunity in a top 100 law firm. The firm is a market leader in both the Personal Injury Sector and Clinical Negligence. Our client are currently in an exciting period of growth and thus wish to recruit an additional fee earner ideally with at least 1 to 5 years PQE. The hiring firms pride themselves on facilitating both personal and professional development for their team and are ideally looking for an individual that aspires to work towards Associate status in the future.
The caseload will be a mixed range of CN work both pre issue and issues cases up to a value of 75000. However more complicated cases will be available for the right candidate. (For example high value catastrophic injury and birth injury).
This role will provide invaluable experience in working with the Head of Department a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence panel and the Law Society Personal Injury panel one of very few practitioners in the North West to hold dual accreditation.
Requirements
- Experience of clinical negligence work
- Proven billing track record of handling a caseload including issued cases.
- Genuine tenacity. Confidence in dealing with and using the CPR to win.
- Excellent client care ability with a passion for achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Knowledge of Proclaim case management system.
- Organised and efficient
- Willing to act as a team player to help the continued success of the team
- Will consider applicants with robust PI skills (nonportal work) and experience of high value cases.
