I'm currently working with a fantastic family-owned company, with year-on-year growth to find the perfect candidate for their exciting new opportunity.

This role has been a long time coming for the business and will play a crucial role in their day-to-day operations but also allow for the growth of the business which will be directly linked to the success of you and your team.

The role:

You will be leading a team of Transport administrators to successfully plan the routes in a cost-effective and timely manner, whilst liaising with the fleet of drivers and 3PL to ensure their welfare and all driver legislations are met.

The role will also include a large amount of communication with key stakeholders, the Operations and Commercial teams ensuring all parties are up to date for a complete smooth process for the customers.

What you'll need:

* Previous experience working in a Logistics or Transport based role
* Management or Supervisor experience within a similar field
* A good understanding of European Logistics.
* A can-do attitude with the ability to positively affect your team and drive for success
