Logistics Executive
Maidenhead | Full Time | Permanent up to £25,000

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leader situated in Maidenhead who is seeking a highly organised and diligent administrator with experience in logistics or shipping to join their growing team.

Job duties:

- Working within the Supply Chain & Logistics team.
- Providing administrative support for shipping large scale products globally via sea, train, and air.
- Ensuring all import and export documentation is up to date and correct.
- Overviewing the shipping process, ensuring all information is completely accurate.
- Being aware of freight rates and ensuring all shipping is in adherence to the company budget.
- Liaising with shippers and third parties.
- Providing administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

- A competent knowledge in logistics and shipping.
- Highly numerate.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
