Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Assist in classroom management, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning concepts
- Support students with additional learning needs, offering encouragement and guidance
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement educational activities
- Contribute to the overall positive school experience for students
Requirements as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- A recent graduate with a strong academic background
- Enthusiasm for supporting the educational development of young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
