Your mission

Being a Legal Counsel is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.)
- Review, draft and negotiate sales agreements, contracts and other legal documents and support Sales and other teams with the contracting strategy.
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization and deliver training when required.
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation and management of legal data base.
- Give accurate and timely counsel to management in a variety of legal topics, including contracts, claims, dispute, regulations etc.
- Collaborate with management to prepare efficient defence strategies.
- Work closely with the Compliance officer to specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
Your profile
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:
- Qualified in UK or a proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in contracts review, negotiation and management. Preferably energy
