About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the education of students within our secondary schools. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading Classes: Providing cover for absent teachers, ensuring a productive learning environment is maintained.
• Engagement: Motivating and engaging students in their learning activities.
• Classroom Management: Managing behaviour effectively to uphold a positive and respectful atmosphere.
• Support: Assisting students with their tasks and offering guidance when necessary.
• Flexibility: Adapting to various subject areas and lesson plans as needed.

Requirements of a Cover Supervisor:

• A degree obtained in the last 5 years
• Previous experiences as a Cover Supervisor that can be referenced.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas.
