Job description
Multi award-winning buy to let property investment company, RWinvest, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our innovative and fast-growing Marketing team. As a Brand Manager at RWinvest, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the brand image, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals and values.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visuals across all internal channels, including the creation of templates for use across the marketing team.
Oversee and sign off the creation of compelling and on-brand content, with a focus on visuals, for various marketing channels, including our website, email campaigns, social media and print.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences, working especially closely with the Marketing Manager.
Define and refine the brand, positioning to differentiate RWinvest in the competitive UK property investment market.
Train internal teams on brand guidelines to uphold brand integrity.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Track and analyse key performance indicators related to brand awareness, perception, and engagement.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve brand strategies.
Also responsible for creating bespoke branding strategies on individual property developments.
Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure upkeep of RWinvest’s brand identity in outsourced marketing campaigns.
Maintaining and growing the brand’s affiliations and partnerships.
