Job description
To co-ordinate the corporate approach to sustainability by managing the sustainability team and bringing working groups together to achieve the objectives, targets and KPIs of the Green Plan. To manage the corporate governance structure for the Green Plan and work with the SLT to create organisational change. To move the trusts towards sustainable working practices by working at all functional levels of the organisation. To integrate sustainability into existing groups and management systems. To ensure the Green Plan objectives, targets, KPIs and actions are continually developed and updated to reflect best practice, risk minimisation and opportunities for improvement. To help to project manage the achievement of the Green Plan at each functional level of the organisation. To development information and data monitoring systems making use of existing IT systems and bespoke software. To analyse KPI and sustainability data and use it to inform strategy, action planning and reports to internal and external stakeholders. To manage budgetary and financial considerations seeking maximum ROI. Please see detailed job description and person specification attached
