Job description
Guardian Water Treatment Ltd are looking for a Sales Desk Coordinator to join their team in Basildon. This is a office based role Monday - Friday.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK’s largest water treatment and water hygiene business and be an integral part of the team.
What will I be doing?
- You will be required to produce reactive quotations based on Engineers reports from site visits.
- Follow-up quotations directly with clients
- Create and send contract renewal quotations for contracts.
- Qualify incoming sales enquiries.
- Prepare and issue quotes.
- Create spreadsheets and liaise with Sales Personal for actions.
- Interpret Lab results and recommend actions.
- Support to the Laboratory teams with administration.
- Training on the water industry will be provided.
