As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing dedicated support to a specific student with unique learning requirements. Working closely with the classroom teacher and other professionals, you will contribute to creating and implementing a personalized learning plan tailored to the student's needs.

Salary Scale: £75-£100
Contract Type: Full-time Responsibilities: - As a Teaching Assistant you will provide individualized support to a specific student as directed by the teacher.
- Assist in the implementation of personalized education plans.
- As a Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with the teacher to adapt lessons and materials to meet the unique learning requirements of the student.
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student to promote their well-being and engagement.
- As a Teaching Assistant you will monitor and track the student's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as the Special Education Coordinator, to ensure a holistic support system.
Qualifications and Skills: - Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting individual student success.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
