Job description
Key Working Relationships To work with stakeholders to support change processes, including clinicians, managers, administrators and other healthcare professionals. To liaise and communicate effectively with all staff and with all Directorates within the Trust and partners. Communicate effectively with all PMO team members, extended project team members, managers, clinicians and representatives from other hospitals and providers, across the health economy. Ensure effective communication channels with stakeholders across the Cheshire and Merseyside Strategic Clinical Network, relating to areas of PMO activity which have an external interface. Co-ordinate and facilitate appropriate communication channels to support the effective sharing of information in PMO work streams. Ensure a sensitive approach to the communication of information and data, verbally, and in writing, in areas of possible or known conflict. Effectively negotiate with stakeholders to ensure project delivery Undertake presentations as required. Main Responsibilities 1. Provide and implement good practice recommendations to improve the integration and interoperability in accordance with the Trusts change processes.2. Develop expertise in the format and the content of each systems data3. Liaise with suppliers and clients, monitoring progress against desired outcomes4. Ensure timely completion of project milestones5. Contribute to the production of software development, integration and RPA test plans6. Design, Build and Test interfaces and RPAs7. Implement software solutions 8. Write and maintain integration documentation9. Maintain interfaces and RPAs10. Monitor Trust Interface Engine and all interfaces, RPAs and respond to issues11. Carry out regular system fail-over tests and Disaster Recovery Testing as required.12. Planning, preparation, installation and configuration of Trust Interface Engine hardware and software systems following agreed documentation/procedures.13. Responsibility for the replacement, repair and modification of the Trust Interface Engine and components and RPAs as required.14. The post-holder will be expected to keep up to date with a wide range of technologies through various research and development activities, and this will need to be communicated back to the trust via appropriate means, and will further be expected to communicate and demonstrate the anticipated benefits of changes in technologies.
