Job description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join a creative team in Brentwood. Salary & Terms * Full-time, 37.5 hours per week * Salary between £30,000 - £35,000 gross per year (depending on experience) * Flexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance. Role & Responsibilities * Create visually stunning and engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. * Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts for various campaigns and initiatives. * Produce graphics for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, and advertisements. * Use industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit graphics and layouts. * Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, ensuring that our designs are fresh and innovative. * Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality output. * Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions. * Maintain and organize design assets, including fonts, images, and templates. * Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identity guidelines. * Participate in design critiques and contribute to the creative brainstorming process. Required Skills * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. * Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Knowledge of video editing and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
