Job description
My North East based client specialising in Education Recruitment / supply is opening a third branch in Newcastle early 2021.
Therefore, we are looking for a Manager to oversee the start-up of a supply agency specialising in Education & be the key figure in getting the project off the ground.
We are looking for someone to start ASAP so they can be involved in the securing of office premises & the hiring of an additional two consultants & a sales support / administration / compliance person.
You will have substantial experience working in Education Recruitment & can be a Senior Consultant / Team Leader or Business Development Manager who is looking for their next step.
You will be driven & hungry & be able to thrive in a non-typical sales environment: no KPIs as trust is a core value of the company. Salary is dependant on experience.
