Job description
Ellis Masonhave the pleasure of working with a global construction company on their search for a QUANTITY SURVEYOR | BUILDING. The role is a permanent contract, but initially working on a 3 year project based in Cardiff.
As the QUANTITY SURVEYOR | BUILDING, you will be working on an incredibly impressive £350 million pound project, a project that is very meaningful to the people.
To be considered for the role of QUANTITY SURVEYOR | BUILDING, you will ideally have 4-5 years experience with building based experience.

THE JOB
The main duties included within the role of the QUANTITY SURVEYOR | BUILDING, are:
- Working with other QS onsite in the quality project offices
- Project budgets
- Cost estimation
- Risk management
- Working to legal and quality standards
- Assisting with design changes
- Relevant contract administration
- Providing reports
- Report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager/ Project Director and other appropriate stakeholders as required
- Additional duties associated with the role as determined by management
