Are you and Commercial Property Solicitor, CILEX or Fee Earner looking for the chance to head a small department, working flexible hours?
Our client is an established high street practice based in West Sussex looking for a Commercial Property lawyer to take over an existing caseload and head a small department.
You will be dealing with Commercial Property sales/transfers and dealing with business leases and L&T work. Some experience with asset/share sales or development work would be an advantage. Some experience with complex Residential work would also be a bonus (although this is dealt with by 3 members of the Residential team).
Clients include commercial landlords and tenants across a range of sectors including retail and hospitality.
