Job description

Pro-active Sales Manager with Training, Conference & Corporate accommodation focus, reporting to the Director of Sales at Kent's Hill Park.

Milton Keynes based residential venue with on-site leisure, large M&E and high-volume bedroom stock.

Are you someone who loves dealing with new clients and showcasing an outstanding venue? Do you enjoy the buzz of generating and securing new business and being part of a dynamic venue that appeals to wide audience? If so, we want to hear from you!

AsSales Manager, you will pro-actively source new business for the venue, develop relationships with existing agents and direct clients. Following on sales leads, identifying opportunities, and conducting hotel presentations and site visits.
Sales Manager
Sales experience within a hotel environment is a must.

Computer literacy - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.

Knowledge of Opera desirable, but full training will be provided

Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.

Confident in meeting new people and presenting to groups.

Strong understanding of revenue management principles.

Driving license and vehicle

Able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all the key business segments; Corporate/Training/Group/Leisure
