Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits of logistics systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics plans.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.
- Oversee risk management procedures within the logistics department.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Logistics Engineer should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management within the Warehousing & Distribution industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with MTM, MOST or similar will be advantageous
- Proficiency in logistics software systems.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
