Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our client's great passenger car dealership near Croydon . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with potential customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth running of the sales department
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
• Full UK driving license

Package

• A basic salary between £18,000 to £20,000 with an uncapped OTE £60,000 onwards plus a company car!
• In return, as well as a competitive salary and excellent commission structure, they offer opportunities for career progression
