Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to lead our care teams atViewpoint Housing Care Homes

Our residents live with moderate to high frailty needs, many with a diagnosis of dementia. You’ll be accountable for ensuring the best holistic care service for residents within our two care homes within the Edinburgh area, while promoting their continued wellbeing and independence through delivery of our strategic aims.

You’ll lead our Registered Care Home Managers and their teams.  You will be responsible for clinical governance, working with Nurses to drive forward clinical excellence in our homes, engaging with external agencies as and when required to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
