We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable, and confident individual to join our friendly team in providing day to day reception and administration support, for the services using Pelhams Community Clinic.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to provide reception administrative, and facilities support to services within the building and the wider Trust Estates department.

The post holder will also assume ultimate responsibility for the security (opening and closing of the clinic when required) and the smooth running of the clinic. This will include raising and managing any maintenance and facilities issues and being the designated fire marshal/fire warden for the building.

This is a fixed term position to cover maternity leave- the hours for this position are up to 18.75 hours per week Wednesday to Friday.Hours will be discussed at interview.

Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

This is a fixed term role and for those with current NHS service, the role will be offered on a secondment basis only. Please obtain permission to be released on a secondment before submitting an application.

The main responsibilities of the role will include providing administration support, reception duties, telephone and face to face contact with members of the public, daily contact with clinicians and other professionals including our Estates Team, co-ordinating clinic sessions and room bookings.

Training is provided as well as ongoing support within a team environment.

We offer generous annual leave entitlement as well as a pension scheme.

Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
