The Client:
Our client is a well-established law firm, offering a wide range of legal services for both business and personal needs.
The Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor , you'll handle various aspects including wills, estate administration, tax planning, and court orders.
Duties:
- Prepare wills, administer estates, and advise on tax planning.
- Manage court orders and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Engage in marketing and business development activities.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the firm's growth.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Private Client Solicitor or in a similar role.
- Possess 3 years PQE.
- Skilled in drafting Wills, including strategies for asset protection and tax minimisation
- Inheritance, capital gains, and income tax principles for estate planning.
- Trust formation, administration, and taxation expertise.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney preparation and registration, specialising in elderly client advice.
- STEP or SFE qualified (Preferable)
- Proficiency in IT and legal software.
