Position: Practice Nurse

Location: Swadlincote, Derbyshire

Role Overview:As a Practice Nurse within our clinic, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team, you'll be responsible for providing a range of nursing services, including vaccinations, wound care, chronic disease management, health screenings, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments and delivering nursing care to patients of all ages
Assisting in chronic disease management and health promotion initiatives
Administering vaccinations and immunizations
Performing wound care, dressings, and minor surgical procedures
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborating with healthcare professionals for holistic patient care
Requirements:

Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin
Experience working as a Practice Nurse or similar role preferred
Competency in chronic disease management, vaccinations, and wound care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously
Commitment to providing patient-centered care
