Job description

Well-established, regional law firm looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal into their Warwickshire offices.

Within this Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role, your day-to-day duties may include:

• Running your own caseload of freehold/leasehold matters, purchases and sales and remortgages from inception to completion
• Liaising with clients
• Preparing, drafting and reviewing all relevant documentation
• Administrational duties

The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role will ideally have at least one years' previous experience, is wanting to establish themselves in a supportive and friendly team, is confident in their own ability and is looking to really make a difference to their clients.
