As a Learner Engagement Consultant, your key focus will be collaborative engagement with employers, learners, and partners to meet targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to learner recruitment.

Your primary responsibilities include sourcing learners for adult education courses, with a specific emphasis on Multiply, Skills Bootcamps, and Adult Education Budget courses. This role entails working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to optimise opportunities for learner referrals. The role requires you to be passionate about connecting individuals with educational opportunities and achieving measurable outcomes. This position offers a dynamic and impactful opportunity for learner engagement.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annumdepending on experience
Location: Remote-based, covering Kent & Essex
Contract: Permanent - Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
