Since our inception in 2010 we have grown to become a leading UK food packaging that exports it’s sustainable products worldwide. Using leading edge machinery, our products are designed to minimise waste and reduce carbon footprint. With a factory expansion on the horizon, you will be joining at an exciting time.

We are in the process of building a new factory to double the size of our business, this is the opportunity that you have been looking for.

We are now recruiting for a Manufacturing Office Coordinator to join us. Supporting a small team, you will be responsible for general office administration with specific responsibility for the sales ledger, production scheduling and customer service.

In addition to this you will be responsible for:

• Production order processing.
• Organise, scan and format mail.
• Purchase order processing.
• Sales order processing and sending monthly statements.
• Booking deliveries and arranging transport.
• Reception duties to include answering incoming calls.
• Make labels for production product traceability.
• Welcoming clients/visitors and ensuring factory questionnaires are completed.
• Responsible for consumables stock keeping.
• Banking.
• HR Administration.
• Responsible for internal factory signage and helping to create operational manuals.
• Cary out internal audits.
• Cary out fire testing.
• Organising business lunches.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience within a similar administration role.
• Highly PC Literate with Windows, Word, Excel etc.
• Experience working with Accounting Software and an MRP software is desirable.
• Exposure within a manufacturing environment.
