Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician to join an award-winning RAC Approved workshop in the Croydon area. Our client has an exceptional reputation and twice in the past four years has been voted one of Croydon's Most Loved Businesses, as well as scooping Used Car Dealer of the Year and Best Car Dealer awards. They are now looking to add an ambitious technician to their highly respected and talented team.

Responsibilities and duties:

• To prepare vehicles for sale to our high prescribed standards and those set by the RAC
• Carry out service and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Carry out fault diagnostics
• To produce high quality work consistently

Knowledge/experience/qualifications required for this role:

• Experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Mechanic / Motor Vehicle Technician
• Full, valid driving licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a team environment
• Be organized, self-motivated and with a good attention to detail
• Presentable, punctual and polite at all times

Remuneration details:

• Salary of £27,000 - £29,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 / Every other Saturday 09:00 - 13:00
