£100k - 150k per year + benefits + equity
SF Executive have been retained by a mid market and highly successful private equity house to find a Chief Financial Officer for their high growth portfolio business in The Midlands.
This manufacturing organisation has turnover of c£35m, a strong EBITDA number, and is also relatively complex with wholesale and retail revenue streams. As Chief Financial Officer you will support the CEO around the shaping and delivery of strategy but also look after all financial reporting and working capital management. You will also be the main POC for external stakeholders, the banks and investor. Given the size and scale of this role, you will be an established PE CFO and have successfully grown and ideally sold a business that is ideally in a dynamic, fast paced space. You will know your way around scaling a business and also be able to run a neat and tidy divestment process. In terms of sector, you will have worked in either the manufacturing / retail / ecommerce / FMCG space - or ideally a combination of all four! You will live within reasonable commuting distance of the Midlands as we are really looking for someone to be in and amongst the business three or four days a week as a minimum.First Name *
