Primary Function and Purpose: - Organisation of the flow of materials through the Isle of Man site: from goods inward (Receipt and processing of materials), staging of production materials of goods inward, to shipping of finished goods.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Take delivery of goods, with the use of forklifts where required. Ensure that goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner and check for damage and quantity.
- Monitor and perform daily replenishment of consumables.
- Staging of raw materials for production use.
- Deal with individual stock requests quickly and efficiently.
- Preparation and dispatch of finished goods.
- Preparation and dispatch of site waste.
- Assist with stock checks when required.
- Keep stores clean and tidy.
- Other related duties/responsibilities as required or assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Experience within a similar role
- An ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a busy environment
- Fork Lift License preferred but not a necessity as training can be given

- Ability to communicate at all levels
Working conditions:
- Working outdoors (open to the elements: cold, wet, heat etc)
- Moving hazardous chemicals, but all should be sealed to minimise contact.
- Handling heavy machinery (fork lift truck, reach truck, pallet trucks etc)
- Manual handling of items of all sizes.
Physical Requirements: - Extended periods of manual handling (training and equipment will be provided), lifting bending.
