The Woodloes in the market town of Warwick and is the only pub within this large residential area. It is currently a much-loved community pub servicing the 4300 adults in the area with no other competition around. Nearest pub to Woodloes is over half a mile away.
The Woodloes has been a true community pub catering for all, known for its busy events calendar, showing live sports, hosting darts and pool teams too.
Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, this pub has a tried and tested drinks offer. There will be
no scope to do food in the Woodloes.
You can drive trade through live entertainment, live sports and selection of pub games, such as pool, and darts.
