About us
Red Kite is a boutique holiday let management company operating in the beautiful rolling hills of the Cotswolds. Founded in 2021, we saw an opportunity to bring a fresh, modern and technology driven service to holiday letting. Our aim is very simple: 1) Deliver outstanding service to guests and owners 2) Grow organically with quality (not quantity) homes and 3) Use technology and personality to set us apart from the competition. We have big plans to shake up the industry and expand our service to all inspiring homes and places throughout the UK. We have 50 wonderful homes under management and are looking to grow this to 100 in 2024.
We are hiring an Account Manager:
Responsibilities
- Liaising with property owners and consistently delivering an excellent service.
- Gathering the information needed to manage key operational processes.
- Creating online listings, writing engaging copy and working with photographers to best capture and promote the homes.
- Managing your portfolio to optimise performance including tracking key metrics, comparing data and making adjustments and recommendations as required.
- Resolving problems and mediating between different stakeholders.
Business Support
- Work 1 weekend per month which involves leading our Operations support - Guest Experience, Housekeeping & Maintenance. As a small business, this is a shared responsibility between team members to ensure quality service 365 days a year.

- High attention to detail - precise in how you work and adept at spotting errors and inconsistencies.

- Excellent time management skills - well organised, can prioritise quickly and effortlessly.
- Tech savvy - comfortable with latest apps/software and constant iteration/changes to processes.
- Able to work well under pressure, learn and adapt quickly to meet deadlines.
- Positive approach to life and work - we are a “can-do” team.
- Love travelling, the Airbnb industry and the Cotswolds!
Desirable
- Good knowledge of the Cotswolds and surrounding areas
- Able to identify areas for improvements and build solutions.

- Salary of £28,000 - £35,000+ (dependant on experience).
