The post holder will assist with the administration of an effective and efficient Financial Services function to including General Ledger, FPM Systems Administration, Eproc Systems Administration and the management of the systems and staff within the department.
The Officer will be responsible for the organisation and control of a block of work within said areas.
The post holder will deputise for the Band 5 Financial Officer as and when required.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the day to day operation of the General Ledger, FPM Systems Administration, Eproc Systems Administration, as delegated / assigned.
- Supporting other Band 4s and providing cover as and when required.
- Assist the Band 5 Finance Officer in contributing to improving the overall financial governance within the organisation.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of having worked with a range of stakeholders.
- Must have excellent IT skills in relation to MS Office (in particular Excel) applications and experience of working with financial systems.
