Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Welding Foreman to work in their leading facility in Whitchurch.

For the successful Welding Foreman our client is offering;

1. Competitive hourly rate of up to £17 - DOE
2. Day shifts Monday to Friday 7am-4pm with a 1pm finish on Fridays
3. Temporary to Permanent position
4. Onsite Parking
5. Overtime opportunities

The Role - Welding Foreman;

1. Supervising a team of Welders within the workshop
2. Oversee all Fabrication activities including Welding, Fabrication & Production
3. Guiding of Welder/Fabricators and sharing knowledge
4. Liaise with senior management to maintain schedules, quality and health, and safety KPI's
5. Plan daily and weekly workloads and manage external resources as required
6. Holding meetings with the team and allocating workload out
7. Issuing drawings out to the team

What our client is looking for in a Welding Foreman;

1. Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
2. Previous MIG Welding/Fabrication experience - ESSENTIAL
3. We are looking for somebody who has Supervisory experience within a Fabshop
