Job description
We are looking for newly Qualified Midwives who are keen to develop their skills and knowledge, with many opportunities that are on the horizon at CDDFT. It is an exciting time to be a part of our Maternity family! We wish to encourage all newly qualified midwives to apply to work with us to deliver outstanding, Antenatal, Intrapartum and Postnatal Care to the mothers and families in our area. This includes working within the UNICEF framework for Infant Feeding, and close working relationships with our Screening Team, to deliver all elements of the National Screening programme. You will be well supported in a bespoke preceptorship pathway by members of our specialist Practice Development Team who will ensure your support as you transition to the role of a qualified midwife, both professionally and personally. We encourage a culture of life-long learning and development and you will be encouraged and supported to continue to develop as a qualified practitioner.
