Job description

Our client, a privately owned IT Services Company based in the Channel Island, are seeking Professional Services Analysts, to join their dynamic team. This team based role relates to the provision of various IT related services to existing and new clients.

You will report to the Professional Services- Head of Department and have a primary responsibility
for supporting clients predominantly remotely (working from the Guernsey office) and also with some
on site client office visits from time to time. Tasks will include responding to support calls, assisting end
users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network and server issues.
